Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure response time service level agreements are met and accurately triage customer issues
- Resolve issues on the first call or route them to the appropriate resource
- Interact directly with customers to understand and validate concerns while providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Some college experience in computer science, web design, technical project management, or equivalent program
- 2+ years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Rudimentary knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JAVA SCRIPT
- Familiarity with at least one content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla
