Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure response time service level agreements are met and accurately triage customer issues
  • Resolve issues on the first call or route them to the appropriate resource
  • Interact directly with customers to understand and validate concerns while providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
  • Some college experience in computer science, web design, technical project management, or equivalent program
  • 2+ years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Rudimentary knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JAVA SCRIPT
  • Familiarity with at least one content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla
