Surrogate Business Development Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Surrogate Business Development Associate to support surrogate recruitment and referral programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks for the Surrogate Business Development Team, including creating surrogate landing pages and business profiles
- Assist in marketing campaigns to educate participants about surrogacy and encourage applications
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the referral program and support administrative tasks related to the program
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or some college coursework
- Enthusiasm for working with current and former surrogates
- Previous experience in healthcare, infertility, or third-party reproduction is a plus
- Strong computer and data entry skills, with experience in Google platforms and CRM; Salesforce experience is a major plus
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
