System Support Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a System Support Analyst, Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product support, track critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with technical resources and business users to resolve issues
- Identify effective business solutions for NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, and other business software systems
- Document business process and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other project artifacts; partner with system administrators to design thoughtful solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Business Analyst and/or System Support experience
- Prior experience with ERP systems or Salesforce
