Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst based on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal users, delivering expert support and guidance on systems and services
  • Investigate and resolve support requests and incidents, escalating to third-level support when necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and contribute to ongoing support initiatives
