Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst based on the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal users, delivering expert support and guidance on systems and services
- Investigate and resolve support requests and incidents, escalating to third-level support when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and contribute to ongoing support initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Highly experienced in technical support, client services, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience working in remote environments with a strong sense of ownership
