Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Analyst in the Information Technology field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application/system issues
- Analyze operational procedures and identify problems to improve production workflow
- Assist with functional and technical specifications for software engineering domains
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience in a complex IT organization
- Strong knowledge of .NET technologies and ADO (Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of SDLC practices
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Quality Assurance International (QAI), or other IT certifications preferred
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification preferred
