A company is looking for a Team Lead, Configuration Testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality transformation and enhance testing processes in a high-performing operations environment
- Oversee the testing of Facets and GuidingCare configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and accuracy in claims processing
- Design comprehensive test strategies for system upgrades and collaborate with automation teams to improve testing efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associates Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years of health plan business or systems solutions experience
- Exposure to Facets/GuidingCare or equivalent system is preferred
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- TriZetto Facets Certification and relevant healthcare IT certifications are preferred
