Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative to handle disputes and re-opens for large national customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer service phone line and manage calls, documenting progress notes as applicable
  • Notify current auditor or branch manager regarding specific items
  • Complete premium audits for property & casualty commercial insurance policies
Required Qualifications:
  • Basic working knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping practices
  • Strong organization and time management skills, ability to handle time-sensitive urgencies
  • Customer service focused, working directly with the public via phone and email
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Experience working in commercial lines (Property & Casualty) insurance
