Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Engagement Manager to lead SaaS implementations and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of software projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Customize software systems based on client requirements and facilitate training sessions for client teams
- Document project requirements, maintain communication with clients, and coordinate with internal teams for enhancements
Required Qualifications
- SaaS experience required
- 5-7 years of project or product management experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- SCRUM experience preferred
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of the software development lifecycle
