Technical Implementation Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to facilitate customer onboarding and integration of their products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to customers during the implementation phase of products
- Engage with clients to customize integration ensuring alignment with business needs and technology stack
- Monitor customer portals to validate setup and configuration during onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Experience with EDR, MDR, and licensing configuration or similar tools/systems
- Ability to prioritize customer needs and escalate issues to appropriate internal teams
- Independent and self-sufficient with a focus on customer needs
- Hands-on experience with Carbon Black, Crowdstrike, and/or Endgame preferred
- Ability to deploy software (SCCM, JAMF, Batch) preferred
