Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Onboarding & Success specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding of new customers and manage the first 90 days of their journey
- Perform QA of customer environments and coordinate with engineering on troubleshooting and fixes
- Operate as the first line of defense for product support and participate in meetings to address product issues
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of software pre and/or post-sales experience
- 3+ years of experience with SQL
- Familiarity with Revenue Ops systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and ERP solutions (Netsuite, Quickbooks, etc.) is preferred
- Basic familiarity with shell scripting and common CLI tools is preferred
