Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Product Advisor to provide expert technical guidance and support to clients regarding a specific product.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the product's technical specifications and functionalities to address complex questions
- Guide clients on leveraging the product's features based on their unique requirements and business goals
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers through implementation challenges
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on SaaS experience in a high-paced environment
- 4+ years relevant work experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in customer success or technical support
- Experience with remote access environments such as Citrix and/or terminal services
- Strong understanding of relevant technology stacks and technical concepts related to the product
- Preferred experience with SQL and basic accounting principles
