Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery role
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile delivery models
- Proven experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable work experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
