Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead scrum teams in iterative development cycles within an Agile framework
- Develop clear and user-friendly documentation and manage UAT and defect management processes
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test cases while assessing risks related to UAT processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow in Enterprise Architecture & Application Portfolio Management
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Basic understanding of database queries for backend testing validation
- Experience in troubleshooting and defect analysis
- Ability to foster collaboration and remove impediments for the team
