Technical Sourcer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer focused on recruitment process for Greencard applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PERM Recruitment postings on external and internal websites via Greenhouse
- Screen resumes against role profiles and disposition accordingly
- Collaborate with immigration attorneys to document and provide feedback on resumes for application submissions
- Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and hiring managers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sourcer role at a tech company
- Strong ability to review resumes against skills and qualifications needed for the posted role
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar HRM/applicant tracking systems
- Ability to learn quickly and drive processes forward
