Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers on IT and Business Application related questions
  • Investigate, document, and resolve application defects while coordinating with colleagues and R&D
  • Train and mentor less experienced team members on product knowledge and processes
Required Qualifications
  • Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure
  • Experience in a Customer Support environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server performance tools
  • Ability to write and understand SQL queries and knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and proactive work to avoid customer escalations
