Technical Writer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer, Contact Center-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and teams to document new products and features
- Create and maintain user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation
- Assess and enhance existing content based on user data and project requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical documentation, preferably in a fast-growing company
- Strong understanding of Contact Center operations
- Experience with Twilio is beneficial
- Proficient in Markdown and git-based documentation workflows
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related technical field is preferred
