Job Summary
An IT solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Experience Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer support calls and create support tickets
- Handle administrative duties to maintain good client and vendor relations
- Act as the client advocate to ensure client satisfaction
Position Requirements Include:
- Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or related area preferred OR
- Three years’ of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate in a very methodical manner with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
