Job Summary

An IT solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Experience Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer support calls and create support tickets
  • Handle administrative duties to maintain good client and vendor relations
  • Act as the client advocate to ensure client satisfaction

Position Requirements Include:

  • Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or related area preferred OR
  • Three years’ of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and experience
  • Ability to operate in a very methodical manner with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
