A healthcare organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Engineering Manager II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Establish and achieve a long-term strategic roadmap of our platform capability teams
• Ensure technical efforts of capability teams demonstrate urgency for current business needs
• Maintain and develop a high-performance staff and culture of engineers acting with accountability

• Able to apply a depth of business knowledge in addition to technical skill
• Experience defining objectives, metrics, and data-driven development
• Demonstrated experience leading teams tactically though support and enablement
• Expert understanding of software engineering patterns, practices, and methods
• Strong history of technical achievement as an individual contributor and team lead
