Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm has an open position for a Telecommute Financial Technical Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Drive timely incident resolutions while collaborating with the team and escalating
- Contribute to methodologies, best practices, and techniques to improve our support process
- Develop a deep understanding of the Dashboard application
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Possess practical work experience equivalent to 2+ years in support services experience in IT Help Desk and/or Desktop Support
- Abilities to maintain appropriate policies & procedures for regulatory-driven requirements
- Excellent operational, organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and collaborative
- Exceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills
