Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2, Technical Support Representative to provide remote technical assistance for medical devices and related software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding the Optos Panoramic200 device
- Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity and software problems
- Log interactions in the CRM system and escalate critical issues to field teams
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience
- Experience in a customer care environment
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
- Intermediate IT networking knowledge
