Texas Licensed Loss Mitigation Supervisor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Home Retention Loss Mitigation Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises daily operations of Home Retention Associates and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
- Coordinates work activities to meet operational requirements and provides feedback to senior management on compliance issues
- Manages the borrower application process and ensures compliance with federal and state mortgage laws
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Banking, Default Reporting, Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, or Foreclosure processes
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, FHA/VA workout requirements
- Familiarity with CFPB Servicing Guidelines and state regulations related to Loss Mitigation practices
- Must be able to pass a background investigation; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
