Job Summary

A healthtech company is looking for a Therapist Support Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Tier 3 support agents and facilitate a well-functioning Therapist Support team
  • Analyze trends in agent quality and customer satisfaction and drive initiatives to improve therapist support functions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and product launches
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in a people management role leading Support teams
  • 5+ years of experience in Support roles
  • Customer service experience with a customer-centric mindset
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and tools that enable support teams to be successful
  • Experience with process mapping, performance metrics, and process optimization methodologies
