Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Operations, Product Support specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate businesses against established criteria for ad product eligibility
- Resolve consumer project claims and facilitate communication between businesses and customers
- Coordinate with stakeholders for prompt case resolution and support new advertiser product development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
- Tech fluency and comfort with online tools and platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with spreadsheets like Google Sheets or Excel is a plus
- Familiarity with legal regulations and government datasets
