Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trainee Apprentice - Product Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in monitoring support queues (phone, email, chat, and ticketing system)
- Support in documenting customer issues and resolutions in the internal ticketing tool
- Help with basic troubleshooting of applications and technologies under guidance
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
- Willingness to learn basic troubleshooting and remote desktop tools
- Basic knowledge of technical support concepts is encouraged
