Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trainer I (Remote) for FEMA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, and distribution of training programs and materials
- Coordinate logistics for instruction events and maintain records of training activities
- Facilitate training sessions, conduct performance management, and provide feedback on various topics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and 3-5 years of customer service and training experience
- At least 1 year of experience with virtual classroom training and customer service
- High degree of flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- PC proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be a U.S. Citizen per client requirement
