Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Training to manage the onboarding process for a Veteran's healthcare call center project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and conduct training programs and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in training or staff leadership in a call center setting
  • Proven experience in training, onboarding, or instructional design
  • Strong background in curriculum development and training program design
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing training metrics
