Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor - Training to manage the onboarding process for a Veteran's healthcare call center project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Develop and conduct training programs and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in training or staff leadership in a call center setting
- Proven experience in training, onboarding, or instructional design
- Strong background in curriculum development and training program design
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing training metrics
