Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM Administration Coordinator 2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide non-clinical support for policies and procedures to ensure appropriate treatment for members
  • Work on member cases, approve or send for medical review, and document all calls and requests
  • Process incoming requests, assist with clerical tasks, and participate in special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 or more years of administrative support, healthcare, and/or telephonic customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient in utilizing documentation programs and experience with medical terminology and/or ICD-10 codes
  • Prior experience with member service and utilization review/prior authorization preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
