Value-Based Care Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Value-Based Care Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing and new value-based care arrangements and operations initiatives
• Create and lead implementation workflows and reporting discussions for value-based care contracts
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with payers and serve as an escalation point for issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in managed care operations or value-based care
• 2+ years of experience in provider reimbursement and analytics
• Understanding of commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid managed care preferred
• Experience with project management tools
