Value-Based Care Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Value-Based Care Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing and new value-based care arrangements and operations initiatives
- Create and lead implementation workflows and reporting discussions for value-based care contracts
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with payers and serve as an escalation point for issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in managed care operations or value-based care
- 2+ years of experience in provider reimbursement and analytics
- Understanding of commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid managed care preferred
- Experience with project management tools
