Job Summary
A multi-line insurance agency is seeking a Virtual Design and Development Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assessesing the training and development needs of customers, provides technical advice, and develops training interventions that enable customers to close performance gaps or improve quality and productivity related performance
- Creating measurable course objectives and goals
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5 or more years of experience in the Curriculum Design area
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
