Key Responsibilities

- Administer and optimize Avaya VoIP systems, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with teams to assess voice requirements and implement performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in voice engineering, focusing on Microsoft Teams Voice and Avaya VoIP systems
- Expert-level knowledge of VoIP protocols and technologies (SIP, RTP, QoS)
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Avaya VoIP systems, AudioCodes, and Ribbon SBCs
- Proficiency in network infrastructure concepts related to voice services
