Workday Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Business Analyst to assist their organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Operations team in delivering world-class support for employees
- Collaborate with HR and Technology partners to support Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) processing and resolve HR system inquiries
- Gather business requirements, conduct system testing, and deliver process and technology changes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience, including solutioning, requirements, testing, and documentation
- Workday HR experience, including EIB processing and strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes and HCM
- Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) experience, including creation, processing, validation, troubleshooting, and consulting on approach/options
- Experience with HR Operational processes and CRM solutions (ServiceNow preferred)
