Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and utilize the Workforce Management Suite and MS products for gathering and analyzing Contact Center data
  • Maintain and update various methods and templates for extracting and reporting data from multiple platforms
  • Identify root causes of reporting variances and trends and provide recommendations for resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years' Workforce Management or equivalent experience in a call/contact center environment
  • Experience in forecasting and scheduling software
  • Experience in developing forecasts for a contact center environment
  • Knowledge of ACD and Workforce Management reporting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and advanced PC skills
