Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Account Development to lead and scale a global Account Development team within their growing Sales Organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and communicate the vision, goals, and KPIs for the Global Account Development organization
  • Lead and mentor Account Development Managers to generate new business opportunities and customer meetings
  • Guide the team on educating customers on the value of the company's Enterprise solutions and navigating key decision makers
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years leading a high performing SDR/BDR team/organization
  • Proven ability to create and iterate the sales development process and methodology
  • Relevant sales experience in an Enterprise SaaS organization
  • Strong track record of navigating within large enterprise and mid-market organizations
  • Experience and success in developing team members for future career growth
