Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Development Representative to drive revenue growth through upselling and collaboration with the Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize upselling opportunities within the existing customer base
- Collaborate with Account Managers to execute targeted outreach campaigns to increase customer spend
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and effectively present product solutions
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or account development role
- Demonstrated success in upselling or cross-selling to existing customers
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and effective discovery call techniques
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
