Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Development Representative to drive revenue growth through upselling and collaboration with the Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize upselling opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to execute targeted outreach campaigns to increase customer spend
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and effectively present product solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or account development role
  • Demonstrated success in upselling or cross-selling to existing customers
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and effective discovery call techniques
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
