Account Resolution Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst, Account Resolution - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform account reviews from worklists and evaluate unresolved accounts for correction
- Capture and assess persistent trends from account reviews, providing analysis to revenue cycle vendors and management
- Participate in performance review calls with revenue cycle vendors and develop process improvement strategies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Three (3) years of experience in hospital-based revenue cycle operations, preferably in insurance accounts receivable
- Knowledge of hospital healthcare revenue cycle structure and processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Business Objects, PowerBI, or Tableau is preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively in a stressful environment
