Agile Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, develop, document, and validate business requirements
- Engage with cross-functional teams to clarify and prioritize requirements for improvements
- Promote agile practices and maintain a clear view of product, system, and process interconnections
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
- Experience in Scientific, Technical, and Medical (STM) academic publishing is highly desired
- Certification in agile methods or experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
- Significant SAFe / Agile experience or equivalent relevant experience and/or education/training
