Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst (Remote based in the US).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee incident management and troubleshooting for application-related issues
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure exceptional customer service
• Drive process improvements and maintain comprehensive documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong technical knowledge of application support processes and incident management
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Experience in generating reports and conducting root cause analysis
• Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies
