Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Customer Support in diagnosing and resolving customer issues
  • Resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Work autonomously and prioritize high priority issues within SLA
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with Python, including solid understanding of regular expressions
  • Previous experience in a technical or technical-adjacent support role
  • Previous experience analyzing tickets, reports, or issues submitted to any kind of queue or backlog
  • Solutions forward mindset and genuine affinity for resolving customer issues
  • Proficiency with internal tools and systems such as Google Suite, Slack, Gitlab, and Jira
