Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Customer Support in diagnosing and resolving customer issues
- Resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely fashion
- Work autonomously and prioritize high priority issues within SLA
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Python, including solid understanding of regular expressions
- Previous experience in a technical or technical-adjacent support role
- Previous experience analyzing tickets, reports, or issues submitted to any kind of queue or backlog
- Solutions forward mindset and genuine affinity for resolving customer issues
- Proficiency with internal tools and systems such as Google Suite, Slack, Gitlab, and Jira
