Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement an effective process for resolving customer issues
  • Act as a mentor to the team and ensure adherence to best practices for customer support
  • Hire, onboard, retain, and develop the team, providing performance feedback
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years managing customer-facing or IT support teams
  • Previous experience in a technical or tech-adjacent support role
  • Proficiency in Python and understanding of regular expressions
  • Ability to see problems as opportunities and provide transparent and positive communication
  • Proficiency with internal tools and systems such as Google Suite, Slack, Gitlab, and Jira
