Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement an effective process for resolving customer issues
- Act as a mentor to the team and ensure adherence to best practices for customer support
- Hire, onboard, retain, and develop the team, providing performance feedback
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years managing customer-facing or IT support teams
- Previous experience in a technical or tech-adjacent support role
- Proficiency in Python and understanding of regular expressions
- Ability to see problems as opportunities and provide transparent and positive communication
- Proficiency with internal tools and systems such as Google Suite, Slack, Gitlab, and Jira
