Associate Case Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage individual patient search progression by resolving barriers and issues to progress the patient case
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned transplant centers and clients
- Collaborate with transplant centers and supplier network partners to facilitate donor and cord blood unit case activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or Associate Degree with equivalent business experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or science environment
- Basic understanding of patient case management techniques
- Proficient in using multiple software applications including Microsoft Office
- Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation
