Associate Case Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient case activity for assigned transplant centers and clients
- Facilitate donor and cord blood unit case activities to resolve barriers and issues
- Maintain relationships with transplant centers and supplier network partners
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, science, or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or science environment
- Knowledge of patient case management techniques
- Proficient in using multiple software applications including Microsoft Office
- Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation
