Job Summary

A company in the insurance industry is looking for an Associate Client Service Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Resolve service problems, answer questions, and act as a liaison with internal functional representatives and troubleshoot, routinely following up with all parties for resolution
  • Coordinate and lead review meetings with customers to ensure service results are in line with the plan
  • Manage the delivery of services by all internal functional representatives through proactive follow-up and agent/broker/customer communication

Required Qualifications:

  • Claims experience strongly preferred but not mandatory
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills needed to set priorities and manage time to maximize agent and customer interactions
  • Experience as normally acquired through a bachelor's degree or equivalent business background plus at least 3 years of relevant commercial lines experience required
