- Lead client services with a focus on operational, implementation, and project efforts in the CoPay/Pharma industry
- Drive solutions to client challenges and support collaboration for optimal outcomes
- Provide leadership and mentoring to internal stakeholders while refining processes and informing product development
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Pharma Hub Services, Patient Affordability, Co-Pay, or Patient Access
- Demonstrated leadership qualities or experience to support team development
- Knowledge of market operations and ability to consult with business leadership
- Proven experience in collaborating with sales teams for business development
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
