Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Manager to assist in managing relationships with mid-large strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients and develop relationships with key client contacts
  • Collaborate with the Client Management team on strategic initiatives, RFPs, and client renewals
  • Manage client reporting demands and coordinate client meetings and business reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a client management capacity
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Teladoc and/or Livongo products and the healthcare industry
  • Strong dedication to customer service and managing a high volume of client requests
