Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retirement small business clients and advisors
- Respond to plan sponsors and advisors' questions regarding retirement plans and monitor annual projects
- Maintain documentation on client projects and efficiently handle call volume using a phone queue system
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retirement plan experience
- Solid computer skills including MS Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ASPPA certification or willingness to work towards it
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
