Job Summary

A company in the Call Center industry is looking for an Audio Customer Support Representative.

Position Responsibilities

Communicate directly with panelists to review performance data and provide technical support
Conduct training and coaching for panelists use of company meters
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware

Required Qualifications

Must be Spanish Bilingual
Outbound and inbound call center experience
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
High School Diploma required
General ability to perform consumer electronic troubleshooting by phone
