Job Summary
A company in the Call Center industry is looking for an Audio Customer Support Representative.
Position Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with panelists to review performance data and provide technical support
- Conduct training and coaching for panelists use of company meters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware
Required Qualifications
- Must be Spanish Bilingual
- Outbound and inbound call center experience
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- High School Diploma required
- General ability to perform consumer electronic troubleshooting by phone
