Behavioral Health Program Trainer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Trainer - Remote (Behavioral/Mental Health).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-the-job and virtual training sessions for call center workflows
- Coordinate and conduct remedial training for call center staff who fail competency checks
- Analyze training status reports to ensure compliance with program personnel certifications and training requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in adult education, human resources training and development, or a similar program
- Minimum of 5 years experience in developing and implementing training programs for call center operations or behavioral/mental health
- Proficiency in electronic learning systems and Microsoft Office tools
- U.S. citizenship and fluency in English
- Ability to pass a Tier 2 Low Risk criminal history background check
