A company is looking for a Benefits Setup Representative - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client benefit requests and perform testing or quality reviews
- Execute test beds and validate coding accuracy to ensure client satisfaction
- Log issues and defects found during testing and perform QA functions for plan design implementations
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, auditing, or quality assurance
- Experience with RxClaim applications, PBM, Medical Claims, or Health Insurance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and testing in the healthcare domain
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
