Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Patient Support Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and providers with scheduling, referrals, and medication refills through inbound calls
  • Multi-task using multiple software systems while adhering to performance goals for patient satisfaction and quality
  • Document interactions accurately during calls and assist with resolving patient issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service-based role
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to navigate multiple chat channels
