Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Support Representative - Part-Time - 30 Hours a Week.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, SMS, email, and support tickets with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule appointments and communicate details clearly to patients
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring prompt response times and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using email, SMS, CRM systems, and ticketing tools
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Genuine care for helping people and creating a positive experience
- Preferred experience in medical aesthetics or healthcare, and remote work experience
