Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Representative - Part-Time - 30 Hours a Week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, SMS, email, and support tickets with professionalism and empathy
  • Schedule appointments and communicate details clearly to patients
  • Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring prompt response times and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using email, SMS, CRM systems, and ticketing tools
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Genuine care for helping people and creating a positive experience
  • Preferred experience in medical aesthetics or healthcare, and remote work experience
